Just dropped by to post at dreams_forfree and thought I'd update my journal. Nothing interesting's happened actually, I've been on strike for almost a month and classes have been suspended since then. But believe it or not, these days I've woken up early! Yes, only cos I can't help it. :P So as soon as my sis is gone for school, I go to her room and watch tv there {I don't have one in my bedroom, it's better to have a stereo. ;D } I've also gone out dancing with my friends and it's not that I'm complaining, not at all! {cos it's been great so far!} But I really wish I had classes! I guess I miss the stress of having lots of evaluations in one day, hating my teachers, skipping lunch and my favorite: getting up very early to wait for the bus in the cold weather. :D:D Yes, I do miss all that.

By the way, I've registered myself to vote :) I don't know why but I thought I had to do it. Of course in my family it's very weird cos nobody votes except my grandparents, an uncle and two of my aunts. So when I showed them my ID they were like: Are you crazy? :P But I know it's the right thing to do, it's just that they don't like the idea of getting up early, driving to the school and queuing up to vote. :B I actually wanted to vote in the previous elections but I was underage, so I couldn't. But this year I will, and right now I'm checking out the ideas, programs and stuff candidates have been mentioning so as to have an idea and make my decision for December. Otherwise, I'll drop a line on their names and vote Helen Mirren for president instead. ;)

Today I saw Juno. I don't know why but I never like to watch what everyone else is, unless I end up watching it by accident or something on my own. So I know this comment should have been made a while ago, but only yesterday I was able to see the beginning of it on tv, by chance of course. I was looking for something to watch and there was this film on Cinecanal. I only saw the beginning cos I had a phonecall from a dear friend and couldn't continue watching. So today I managed to see the whole thing and I loved it. I think because I'm a bit like her, that attitude, the cursing, and pretend to be strong when you're dying inside but above all what made me really love that character was her relationship with her shy boyfriend haha. It made me think of the relationships I've had and understand why I intimidate guys. :$ haha. I cried when she had the baby, got so emotional. Particularly cos of the soundtrack, this film's got great songs! I need to have them all in my music player! :) It's highly recommended if you're willing laugh and cry with a film. ;)

Well and my sister's boyfriend wants me to teach him english. I said I would, but I'm not sure if I'll succeed cos he knows nothing at all. This sort of makes things a bit difficult, but I like challenges. :) Right now I'm gathering material, and hopefully I'll begin his lessons next week. :)

So I'm off for a coffee, it's cold here. Yes, it's supossed to be Spring but not really. :B There's a debate tonight with the four candidates and I'll try to forget the hate I feel for politicians and try to be objective. If I can't do that, I guess I'll watch Prime Suspect. :D:D

I just had to post today, couldn't resist!, I don't have plenty of time because of the incredible
amount of stuff that I have to study for monday, so the picture is not as good as it should
be. Shame on me! :$ Although it was made with lots of love :D

I know Helen will never read this but, wherever she is, I really hope she's having fun with
all her beloved bunch of closest friends and family. I don't know how you get to deeply love
someone that you've never met, but that's how I feel about her. I feel this incredible
admiration for her and also whatever she does inspires not only me but a lot of people. There
you have the HMAS and the Helen's Angels, a living proof of what I've just said. ;)

but I've always dreamt about it.

1. My friends and I are planning to go to the inn-lands near my city during
the winter break. We're renting 2 rooms in a beautiful house, it'll be great fun!.

2. It's not for sure, but seems like I'll leave my city during summer. (summer here
means January & February). My aunt has told me that she wants me to spend summer
with her in Santiago (a lot of miles away from here), so I'm saving money from now on.

3. Right now I'm going through an evaluation period, it gets me very nervous just to
think that I have to read lots of things in quite few time, then I also get stressed and
it's worse.

4. As we are going through this evaluation period, my friends of uni and I are planning
a 'recovering weekend' LOL. And, as exams end next friday, we're having a BIG party starting
from friday night!

5. There's this delegation with people from different countries we met the other day at uni,
they're all very nice people but we're very interested in only a group of them. They're from
the U.S.A and we've spent the whole week flirting with them (I said 'open relationship' lol).
We go to the coffee bar and talk during the breaks, it's kinda cool. :D

Parents: I've never met my father and there are some issues going on with my mother.

Who are some of your closest friends?
In real life: María Eugenia (Maru), Mónica, Romina & Gabriela. I believe I've spent
the greatest times of my life with them.

Thanks to my lovely aunt now I own a new electronic dictionary :)
it's the most pretty thing I've ever seen. We went out for shopping
to the mall and we started talking about uni, we stopped by the
shop and she bought it for me. Ain't she the coolest aunt on earth?

Well then we had to buy some perfums for our friends and there's
this new big shop were I got insane. There were sooo many perfums!
I love perfums! I looove them! so I started testing all what I found on
my way. My heart dropped when I saw Helen's 'Poeme' ... aww! You
can imagine what I did! . I showered myself with that one! **mwahaha*
I'm still having its smell :wub: I really really like it. I guess I'll have to
buy it someday when I get some money. I feel like the smell changes,
first it was really strong, then it got sweeter and now .. I can't really
describe it, but I love it. (L)
